Services

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that even in life’s hardest seasons, growth, healing, and peace are possible—and no one should have to navigate those seasons alone.

HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?

Anxiety & Depression

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for individuals with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence, creating an environment where your experiences are understood, respected, and valued. Together, we'll explore what works best for you, build on your unique strengths, and find practical ways to navigate life's challenges without feeling like you have to fit someone else's expectations. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in who you are, and empowered to thrive in a way that feels authentic to you.

Somatic & Polyvagal-Informed Therapy

Healing isn't just about the mind—it's about the body, too. Using a somatic and polyvagal-informed approach, I help you better understand your nervous system, reconnect with your body's wisdom, and develop tools to navigate stress with greater ease. Together, we'll create a greater sense of safety, resilience, and connection so you can move through life feeling more grounded and supported.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you process and heal from trauma and other distressing experiences. Using guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories, reducing the emotional intensity of past trauma and allowing you to move forward with greater resilience, clarity, and well-being.

01. In-Person Session

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sometimes healing happens best face to face. In our one-on-one sessions, you'll have a warm, private space to show up exactly as you are — no pretending, no performing, just honest conversation and compassionate support. This is your time, your space, and your safe place to finally breathe.

02. Teletherapy Session

WHAT TO EXPECT

Life is busy — and getting support shouldn't add to the overwhelm. Teletherapy allows you to access the same quality, compassionate care from the comfort of your own home, car, or wherever life has you. All you need is a private space and a few minutes to yourself.

03. EMDR Session

WHAT TO EXPECT

Some experiences are too heavy to simply talk through — and that's where EMDR comes in. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a gentle, research-backed therapy that helps your brain process painful memories and trauma so they no longer hold the same power over you. It's not about reliving the past — it's about finally being free from it.

Extended Sessions

WHAT TO EXPECT

Some days, 50 minutes just isn't enough. Extended sessions give us the time and space to go deeper — working through the layers without having to stop just when things start to open up. If you're in the middle of something big, processing something heavy, or simply need more room to breathe and be heard, a 90-minute session may be exactly what you need.
